Sept.11,2001 Not a good day for the country! 4 airplanes were hijacked this morning-2 slammed into the World Trade Towers in NY , 1 into the Pentagon and 1 attempt was foiled and crashed into farmland in PA, near Pittsburgh. Thousands of lives are lost!!! Actually tens of thousands! And our Nati onal Security is at risk. All air flights of any kind are grounded, including the firefighting planes: they are blaming the Palestinians, for now. They and the Israelis have involved the whole world for too long- let’s put them in a confined space- and with no other involvement let them duke it out. I am SO tired of these damned religious/political wars!! Frank reverted to 60.s-70’s Nam thinking. “ Kill them all and let God figure out the good ones.” But too many innocents would be in that soluti on- like today! We have already lost hundreds of firemen and police that were trying to rescue people- and then more of the buildings collapsed on them. But the rescue efforts go on... Bless those folks. And kudos to the media people who have been on the air now for over 15 hours trying to keep all as informed as they could. I Know the spirits of all who have passed over are in safe hands- or at least where they need to be- but so senceslessly and violently? Under such Stupid circumstances? But then again- who am I to question- there is a reason all our spirits are here . and leave when they do... it’s just a shock to see SO many at one time! Such a violent , emotional day- and TMCC was closed due to power shortages- so I know who was on his second 12 hr shift- I called long enough to tell him I loved him and be careful! And then when I got to work at Burtons’- Kelly told me that little Sarah- with the Wilm’s Tumor had passed on Sat. I know her family is suffering- but at least she isn’t anymore. But it still makes one question- even though you know one’s spirit chose s it’s path- and we are here for reason’s- whether to learn or teach ......why the young fresh vibrant ones? It just doesn’t seem right... But who am I to question? At least we got a little sprinkle tonight- a good thing- with no thunder and lightening- which could have sparked more fires- and since the fire planes were grounded til about an hour ago- a blessing! I just hope this doesn’t cause WW3 - hopefully it won’t! |
