Made the 1 1/2 hr. drive to Susanville- it was a lovely day in the fall foothills of the
Sierras.
The puppies were grand- and a cutie picked me. He’s black and fuzzy and Big.
35 lbs.
When we got him home and bathed and weighed him. He was almost as big as his
momma- as were they all!
We decided to name him Tako Nee (Pauite for
Magnificent/great Warrior) That was the name of the street the owners lived on on the
reservation in Susanville. Seems to fit. Nobody is for sure who momma got with- but
thinks it’s a Lab. He’s definately got that and maybe somekind of Spaniel in him. Even
for a pup he is very gentle mouthed.
Kasha isn’t for sure about all this- so is sniffing alot and being a bit abnoxious, but also-
DeDe, Katie and Chris and Kayla were all here- so she was also a bit jealous. We’ll see
how it goes when the dust settles.
