1-29-01 Just a quicky , but a good feeling! Haven’t been up there in the top ten these past couple of weeks emotionally, I apologize, but that’s life. But I notice last Thursday, My Christmas Cactus at work was getting buds. I went in this AM and It’s Getting Ready to BLOOM AGAIN!!! It started the day I found the lump( Oct. 30) and ran through into the beginning of January. As I said before- I feel my Grandmom G. is there(her pride and joy- along with African violets) And if she can keep coming back to me- I can DO this!!!! Damn that bullheadedness !!! Jessica , one of my Favorite younger customers was in with her mommy today- and the smiles were great! Even though we’re at the “no hugs” stage, her little smile and attitude is worth it. The snow combined with the Sun was great today- I Love Winter in the Area! It’s going to be a long week- better crash- dyed my hair purple today- let’s see if I get a response at work! HEHEHE! Actually just did some henna to brighten the dull, mid-winter, notime in sun... needs some red. Spent some time checking out some new links and sites reguarding cancer and inviting folks to link with us. Hope they decide to join. |
