Jan 13-02 Well, It’s been a year, hasn’t it?!! I have met so many fine survivors, and warriors- and I KNOW we are all going to make it to what we were meant for! My Christmas Cactus is Still valiantly blooming- in her little pot. When she is done- and rested- this spring I will give her a bigger pot. I just feel my G-ma in her and hate to disturb her roots. But Sometimes stirring up is good, even for plants, and she will have plenty of time to adapt before her next blooming( I hope)! I have been trying harder to get back on more than maintenance on my “potions”. Between the holidays and work I feel I have stressed my limit more than I should have.. But that’s ok- we learn from such foolishness. Just need to remember to take the goodies more frequently. As I said before- it’s not like when I worked elsewhere-I had a regular timeclock system then- I just have to readjust my thinking andshedule again. But I Do notice when I manage that,I feel more energy and less aches than before. I tend to work well into the night- and that is not a real good thing... but breaking that bio-rythm of 50 odd years is hard- I have tried too many times over the years, to no avail. Got some Glorous pics of Nicci’s girls in Maine- in the Bib-overalls I made for them- so precious(all G-mas say that) now need a pic of Kayla in her’s and I can make a collage of the three of them. Am anticipating my trip East at the end of the month. Am trying to figure what to take , etc. Apparently the sensors are set up real high now- an old guy at our airport set it off with his hip replacement, wonder if the rod in my leg will do the same now? Will be fun to see! |
