Jan 02,02 Happy New Year All! It has been a good start- busy but good.
Although I have been really achy these past few weeks in my lymphs. I’m sure it’s just overwork and stress that I have to flush from my system (not to mention the overindulgence in too many good and rich foods.)
I really need to take the time to allow myself a good indulgent sweat- maybe soon.
But we are back on the right track again with meals and exercise, so all should cleanse out soon.
I have been remiss in taking my Floressense- but Frank will get some more tomorrow- and that will cleanse alot out- not to mention I have been better about the Barley Juice.
Tend to forget such things when I am SO busy- and my schedule gets all messed up. My lump seems no bigger, so it’s just the body fighting to keep it that way- and fighting whatever bugs I have felt trying to intrude. And as an added joy- it’s been wet here most of the past few weeks (not normal for our part of Nev.) and my thigh throbs like a SOB each time a new front comes through.
But I can deal with that- we Need the water SO bad!
It has been fun trying to figure out what to pack for the end of month trip to Fla.! I’m sure I will get it figured out (or won’t), and probably won’t care once I’m there anyway!
My thoughts are with friends recovering from operations, and friends (and daughter) watching their dear friends die from cancer. But those folks put their lives in the hands of Drs. who know nothing of nutrition- just are pumping them full of chemicals.
It makes me feels so sad that they could have had a better end of life than what they have been/are going through. Sorry- not my right to go there., we all have our choices.
Hope all are doing well to start this New Year. I understand the economy is not doing so well across our country- but that too will settle down, hopefully. WE are a strong and proud people!
We will survive!
