12-25-00 I didn’t crash until almost 12:00 last night even with reading Harry Potter. After I finished above, I typed in “ClearCut” so it’s ready to go up on the site and to be able to ship it to Nic and a few others. I slept until 10:30 and it REALLY felt good to rest my body that long. At least while I was reading, I was stretched out and relaxing. The Turkey was Magnificent, if we do say so. Leo stopped by and, between 5 adults and Kayla there wasn’t a shred of meat left on that poor 13 lb. thing. Nobody could stop. Plus 8 bean cassarole, coleslaw, stuffing, bread, etc. Kayla was such a crackup opening her stuff and then helping everyone else. We had given Chris a Wolf calendar and he gave us one. Guess we all think alike. Everything else, for and from everyone else, was food items! No complaints anyplace! Came home around 4 so Chris could get Kayla settled down a little and maybe a nap. She has a little cold and was pretty wired from “presents” since early morning, first at her mother’s and then with us. Talked to Nicci ,Greg and Girls. Talk about being wired!!! But they were getting ready to settle down too! AM comes early- am going to try and settle early myself. Frank got the new pages up! We’re just waiting for business. |
