12-15 Ahh, Friday at last! And as I got up, Frank told me he didn’t need to watch the tape of the report- they ran it again this morning! Thanks again to KRNV. We already had LOTS more hits on the site! Several people have sent messsages from the site- and can’t wait to get back to them- but I HAD to get to work! Frank brought me in, as he had work to do early, and therefore will pick me up(save some on the gas and time going out to the valley). It is payday- and we have to go to John’s and Costco. A few customers came in and had seen the news.Good vibes from all. Mickey and Pat(which already knew) each brought me by beautiful books to help me spiritually, I can’t wait to start on them! So much caring and love and support! Chris came by with an article he had found in Sierra Magazine. It’s called CLEAR CUT by Terry Tempest Williams. As I glanced through it , I recognized the style(am horrible with names) , when I got home I checked and. sure enough, she wrote one of my favorite books, “Desert Quartet”, very sensual and very well written. When I showed Frank, he decided to write to her(if we could track her down and ask for permission to post it here.) Thus the beginnings of 1 more Page,”The Forum” For ALL art forms born from tragedy. Went to bank- stood in line forever. Reason: they were out of large bills- so each time a customer wanted cash- like me- they had to go to safe to get 20’s. Oh well, chuckle chuckle,I don’t get upset over that stuff anymore. Life is too short. Boy, did I have a wad in my purse! But, I actually felt sorry for those Bank employees. Went to see John and got* IP-6 and Ambrotose*- have one more weapon after this to get started on, but he was out of it, so will catch it next week. We are in the ozone area for deliveries you know! I took John my “pics” amd he saw what was there- and what I have felt and seen , and the reactions of the radiologist , weren’t figments of my imagination. Costco was crazy- but at least better than tomorrrow, so another day of chores done. Can I sleep now? |
