12-13 Tried that “short soak “ on my lower half last night in the shorty tub. It felt so good I just slid down and got my back while I was at it. Had to stick feet and legs straight up on wall to accomplish that, but it felt so good- until I woke up about 1/2 hr later and couldn’t figure out how to get out! Imagine that on the 6:oo news”-Woman rescued from being stuck in little tub.” After some squinching , turning ,and laughing my butt off, (which didn’t help manners any,) I finally got out, and to bed. When will I ever learn? There was an E from Jana, to let’s go with it and she’d be in touch. Sent her a quick thumbs up and ran out the door (actually slid.) It was pure ice most of the way in, but thankfully no wind. That should be here later today, to clean the Valley air out. Randy was in, he’s a med student , he had turned me on to the Burton’s a long time ago. He was delighted I have been on treatments for a month and how well I look and feel. No way if I was on Chemo. As with most of my Med Student customers, he was done exams, and looking forward to a little R & R. . Dr. Z came in, had quick veiwed my site- but mostly was concerned if I was getting some knowledgeble guidance from someone. I assured him I was, and whom. He did check to see if I was getting Thistle and Grapeseed oil, which I am. I thanked him for his caring, got a hug, and sent him off for a good vacation with his family and fiancee. Such good, caring young men. They will do right by their patients. At least the roads were dry for the drive home, that’s what I love about my adopted state! It can snow to beat the band and, as soon as the sun gets out, the roads clear up. Not like back East, where once it’s down, the roads are crap until spring. Poor Frank had to stand in line twice, once for to mail a pkg. and then to retrieve two sent to us. Will probably get busy tonight on some more research on IP6 and the Manntech products. Maybe get to bed earlier? Hahaha! Have a couple of letters to respond to and want to send Maine another Christmas E-card. Hopefully I’ll get the Xmas presents for Fla and friends finished tomorrow when I get home |
